Wouldn't it be nice...
if every company placed as much emphasis on customer service as Zappos.com. I picked this up off of Seth Grodin's blog who is a long time champion of marketing and companies doing the right thing rather than being obnoxious.
Congrats to Zappos for finding a way to help someone out, get the job done and make a life long friend from a customer with a simple act of kindness...I Heart Zappos
